Sales
Connect your sales operations to everything that comes before and after — from lead sourcing to fulfillment and financial impact.
Included in the full ERP. Modules are not sold individually.
Here's how Scaler's Sales module changes how you operate
Leads land with an owner. Every new lead is matched to an agent by your rotation rules the moment it arrives.
The full interaction history lives on the lead. Every call, message, and meeting is logged. Agents who go quiet get flagged and reassigned.
Performance is visible without asking. Call answer rates, lead retention, and conversion are tracked per agent and per team in real time.
Commission stops being a monthly argument. Structures are defined upfront. Results are calculated automatically when deals close.

How sales connects inside SCLR
Every record you create in Scaler updates the connected records across the system.
Leads come in from any source — walk-ins, referrals, phone calls — or from a Meta campaign tracked in Marketing with a project already attached.
Each lead is assigned to an agent automatically based on your rotation rules, or manually if you prefer.
The agent logs every interaction — WhatsApp messages, calls, on-premise meetings. Inaction triggers reassignment so no lead goes cold.
When the deal closes, commissions are calculated against your rules and the deal hands off to Order Management for fulfillment.
Every fulfillment event — invoicing, delivery, partial or full — posts an accounting entry based on your configured rules.
Getting started with the Sales module
Before you go live, three things need to be in place: your customer and lead database, your marketing sources, and your product or inventory data. These live across modules but Sales pulls from all of them the moment a lead arrives.
If you're migrating an existing pipeline, use the bulk import. Activity history can follow — it's not a blocker for going live.

An AI assistant that already knows your whole business.
It lives inside the same system as your data. Ask what's happening in sales, whether a payment has come through, or how to set up a payroll rule — and get a direct answer. No setup. No context to manage.
How do I...
Ask anything about the system — setup, flows, approvals, fields. Get a direct answer without hunting through documentation.
What's happening with...
Ask about any department, customer, or record and get reported to instead of navigating to find it.
Do this for me.
Coming soonAgent mode will perform tasks and run flows on your behalf — within your existing permissions and approvals.
