If you are not satisfied with Scaler ERP, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription (Lite or SCLR), as long as:
- The request is submitted within 14 calendar days from the initial payment date.
- The subscription is not a renewal of an existing account.
Renewals and upgrades
- Renewal payments (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable.
- Plan upgrades take effect immediately; any price difference is charged for the remaining period of the current cycle.
- Plan downgrades apply at the next renewal date; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Billing and processing
- Refunds, when approved, are processed back to the original payment method only.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
