How refunds and cancellations are handled.

If you are not satisfied with Scaler ERP, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription (Lite or SCLR), as long as:

The request is submitted within 14 calendar days from the initial payment date.
The subscription is not a renewal of an existing account.

Renewals and upgrades

Renewal payments (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable.
Plan upgrades take effect immediately; any price difference is charged for the remaining period of the current cycle.
Plan downgrades apply at the next renewal date; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Billing and processing

Refunds, when approved, are processed back to the original payment method only.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
