We'll send you a contract to review and sign — once it's signed, your plan is activated and your first payment runs. For Egyptian companies, we'll confirm your Tax Registration Number as part of the contract process.
All 9 modules are fully accessible on Lite. The only difference from Premium is transaction volume — Lite has monthly caps on key transaction types. If your operations fit within those caps, you get the full system at a lower price point.
Lite includes monthly limits on key transaction types — like leads entering the system, sales orders, purchase orders, and payslips. You'll get a warning at 80% of any cap so you have time to plan. At 100%, that transaction type is blocked until the next month resets. The full cap table is above. Finance and HR have no caps in any plan.
Hypercare is Scaler's dedicated onboarding program, included in Premium. It's a fixed-scope, 2-week engagement where Scaler's team handles your onboarding, migration, and system training directly. Premium also includes same-day ticket escalation and queue priority for ongoing support after go-live.
